For Firefox, open Settings, scroll down to Performance in the General section. Uncheck the box for recommended settings and make sure Hardware Acceleration is checked. You can then re-check the performance box.
If you see this page, you are not at the right site.
Remember to turn Hardware Acceleration on before connecting, otherwise performance will suffer.
For Chrome, open settings, click on System, then make sure the toggle is on
